We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as debit and cash.
Every item sold comes with a, “Plays Like New” guarantee! If an item fails to play like new, you can return it within seven (7) days of purchase for repair or replacement. We will issue a refund for any items we cannot repair or place. All returns must include the original receipt. In addition, we offer lifetime resurfacing for any disc bought from PrePlayed with proof of purchase (receipt or price tag on case).
All Non-Defective Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase and a 20% restock fee will be applied to each item.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID in order to sell items to us. All CDs, DVDs, & video game discs must have original packaging. All video game systems must have all the appropriate cords and controllers. The seller must be the actual owner of any items sold. You can only sell once a day.
